Booking Policy

A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This booking fee can be transferred with 48 hours or more notice up to 3 times and will go towards the final balance of your service(s) in line with the standard booking terms & conditions.

Appointment changes and cancellations require 48 hours notice - after this time the following will apply: 

​

Less than 48 hours notice:    50% Cancellation charge
Less than 24 hours notice:    75% Cancellation charge
No show & cancellation within 2 hours of appointment time:    100% Cancellation charge

All charges will be payable before attending future appointments

Please double check your booking to make sure you have selected the correct services. If you would like nail art or a specific design please ensure you have selected this as an add on service. If this is not selected I cannot guarantee we will have enough time to complete any designs.

Please let me know if you are going to be late to your appointment, if you are 10 minutes or more late your appointment may have to either be adjusted or cancelled and the full value of the appointment taken in line with the above cancellation terms.
